What we collect

Name, contact details, résumé, employment history, education, licences and certifications, salary expectations, work authorization, and any additional information you choose to provide.

Why we collect it

To evaluate you for potential roles, to represent you to prospective employers with your specific consent, and to maintain a candidate relationship over time.

Sharing with employers

Your résumé and profile are not shared with any employer without your specific, informed consent for the particular opportunity. A recruiter will confirm this with you before any submission.

Automated decisioning

Your Recruiter does not use automated systems to reject candidates. Our matching technology is used as decision support only — every advancement, rejection, submission, and placement decision is reviewed by a human recruiter. We do not incorporate demographic signals such as gender, age, ethnicity, religion, or disability into our scoring.

Retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your record at any time by emailing hello@yourrecruiter.ca. We periodically review candidate records for continued relevance.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time. Doing so will remove you from consideration for future opportunities and, on request, delete your record.
